The Master document will have a normal file name eg. mm.doc

Each cloze set will have a unique number “mm 01”, “mm 02”, “mm 03” etc.

Within each cloze set the different file names will each have their own identification letter “mm 01 A doc”, “mm 01 B.doc”, “mm 01 C.doc” etc.

 

T = Teacher                                                       S = Student

 

The following table assumes that the first thing a user will do after opening a file is to “Save As”, thus giving the file a new name.
